General BCM Parking

After 5:00, if you are doing something with BCM and you can find a spot in our lot, go ahead and park!  No sweat. If it’s before 5:00, you have not rented a space from us, and you want to park in our lot, please don’t.  Every space we have is rented, so if you choose to park there you are taking someone’s spot that they have spent their hard-earned cash on.  And that’s just not nice.

Regular Rented Parking Spaces

BCM rents 16 parking spaces per semester.  It’s a great location, especially if you spend time at the BCM House or have a lot of classes in Raley, Valborg, or Chapel Wilson.  Each spot is $275 per semester (Fall or Spring).  We issue a new parking sticker for your car each semester.  If you would like to rent one or find out more information, contact Sarah Midkiff at sarah@asubcm.com or by calling 828.264.7641 before 1:00 PM Monday through Friday.

Football Parking

For each home game (except Homecoming) consider parking at the BCM House!  There are a couple ways to do it.  On game day, individual parking passes can be obtained upon entrance in our driveway until we fill up.  You can also reserve season passes for parking by contacting Sarah Midkiff at sarah@asubcm.com or calling 828.264.7641.  It’s a great thing for tailgating because you can reserve multiple spots!

Summer Session Rented Parking Spaces

It’s the same deal as the Regular Season, but the price is $125 for all summer long!
